Agreement To These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Glow Gem, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Glow Gem Does

Glow Gem provides personalized beauty and style guidance based on a selfie you choose to upload. The app may provide an aura and style breakdown, tailored aesthetics, generated looks, and makeup, hair, or styling suggestions.

Results are for inspiration and personal use. They are not medical, dermatological, mental health, or professional beauty advice, and they should not be treated as a guarantee of appearance, attractiveness, outcome, or real-world result.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glow Gem. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your Photos And Content

You are responsible for the selfies, photos, and other content you upload or create with Glow Gem. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload that content and use it in the app.

You grant us a limited permission to process your uploaded photos and generated content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support Glow Gem. Our handling of photos and app data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Glow Gem may offer the following in-app purchases through Apple's App Store:

• Single Glowup Pass: a one-time consumable purchase for $7.99. It includes one full Glowup with one analysis and three generated looks. It does not renew.
• Glow Pro Monthly: an auto-renewable monthly subscription for $19.99/month. It includes four full Glowups every month while active.
• Glow Pro Yearly: an auto-renewable yearly subscription for $99.99/year. It includes four full Glowups every month while active.

Prices may vary by region, taxes, promotions, and App Store configuration. The exact price and purchase terms shown by Apple at checkout control your purchase.

Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, And Restore

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged by Apple for purchases and subscription renewals.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not necessarily refund the current billing period.
• Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore active subscriptions on the same or a new device.
• Refund requests, billing issues, and App Store payment disputes are handled by Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not have permission to use
• Use the app to harass, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person
• Attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, security, or usage limits
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the app or backend service
• Use generated results for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

Generated Results

Generated looks and style recommendations may be imperfect, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or different from what you expected. We may refuse, retry, or fail to complete a generation if the photo, request, service status, or safety checks prevent a usable result.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the app settings. Account deletion removes remote app data where possible, subject to limited retention for security, legal, transaction, refund, or abuse prevention purposes. Deleting the app from your device removes local app data but does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Apple Terms

Glow Gem is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your download and in-app purchases are also subject to Apple's App Store terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license is provided.

Intellectual Property

Glow Gem, including its app design, brand, software, and website, is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Glow Gem to you. You may use the app only as permitted by these terms and Apple's App Store rules.

Disclaimers

Glow Gem is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or that every analysis or generated look will meet your expectations.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Glow Gem.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
